COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS
Exclusive Contract is required to place a copyright.ot free for any kind of use.
Popular Copyright Services: YouTube Content ID, TikTok Sound, Meta Fingerprint, etc.
TikTok Sound: You may upload the sound yourself via your video by renaming it form “Original Sound” to your song title without violating producer rights.
WAV LICENSE (49€)
► Includes WAV and Mp3 files (Producer tag remains, generic “Purchase your tracks today” tag is removed).
► You can upload song to all streaming services with limited number of streams (250.000).
► You do not have the rights to make a music video (Cover image only).
► Live performances are allowed.
► Monetization is not allowed (Cannot upload to YouTube channels with 1.000+ subscribers).
► This license is valid for 10 years. After that period, you must renew the license or remove your song from the internet.
UNLIMITED LICENSE (99€) [SALE]

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE (OFFER)

► You receive 50% of the publishing rights.
► You gain the right to copyright your song and register it with your PRO (Performing Rights Organization), as well as with services such YouTube Content ID, Meta Fingerprint, TikTok Sound, and other copyright services.
► Once purchased the beat will be removed from the store permanently and will no longer be available for licensing or purchase by others.
► On YouTube, the beat title will be updated to include “(SOLD)” at the beginning. Complete removal of the YouTube video is also possible for an additional fee and mutual agreement.
LEGAL INFORMATION
Any resale of beats is prohibited even if you have purchased exclusive rights. The name entered at the time of purchase is the sole owner of that beat and ownership is not transferable. In case of resale, Slavic Boy will initiate legal proceedings against you.
Refunds cannot be made after purchase. Once the license is activated, it cannot be canceled or deactivated before its expiration.
Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of the license and the loss of all rights to use the beat.
Ignorance of these rules does not exempt you form liability in the event that you infringe upon the rights of Slavic Boy.
